Hey, thank you for stopping by. My name is Kunal and I spend most of my time obsessing about the human mind. I believe it’s important to understand the intricacies of our mind. After all, it forms the basis of everything we do and experience in life. And at the end of the day, we are only free to the extent of our self-mastery.

I also believe we are capable of doing and experiencing things far beyond our wildest imaginations. The ceiling for happiness and fulfillment is absurdly high. And extremely amazing things are possible if we can be smart about how we approach our mind and life.

With these beliefs in mind, I’m trying to piece together the complex puzzle of psychology and sharing the learnings from my explorations. I hope my work makes your journey on earth a little more easy, exciting, and meaningful. I implore you to be existentially ambitious.

Email Newsletter

Most of my writings and ideas emerge from conversations with readers like you. Every other Sunday, I send out an email dissecting some aspects of the human mind.

If you can take out a few minutes every week to read these emails, I’ll try to help you develop a deeper understanding of our minds. So that you can create a life full of beauty, joy, and love.

Excerpts

I have a group where I occasionally share interesting excerpts from the stuff I’m reading. (Not a group chat, only messages from me to prevent spam)

Other Projects

I’m building a public Roam graph with interlinked notes (and transcription) from Dr. John Vervaeke’s brilliant lecture series Awakening from the Meaning Crisis. Slowly putting it together and organizing it from my messy notes.

I love engaging with other like-minded people who are on a similar journey. Please feel free to hit me up on Twitter. Also, any kind of feedback, thoughts, and criticisms are more than welcome.

I appreciate your time and attention. See you around.
